Bessie was born in January 2015 and, we believe, is litter mates with Bella and Daisy. Bessie, Bella, Daisy, Bonnie and Teddy Bear were all collected during a trap, neuter and release (TNR) project at a Muscat construction site. Bessie is a born bossy pants and takes every opportunity to let her Tribe mates know it but is usually brought to heel by Inara’s regular lessons on proper behavior and deportment. Bessie is a special needs, high energy Wadi Dog who loves her obedience training. She has excellent focus (in low distraction) and is a super jumper. Through her obedience and games training, supported by a raw diet and vitamin supplements, we are teaching Bessie how to think through her fears calmly. She is a big mummy’s girl and forcefully defends her mummy time. Bessie is a good example of a Wadi Dog who benefits from consistent and strong guidance, positive training methods and the physiological and emotional balance the right diet can achieve. Bessie was named for her Holstein cow-like markings and to keep her company we named her sisters Bella and Daisy!

Bessie is learning to make smart choices of her own in playtime and to make friends with her brothers and sisters as well as new pups she meets.

Keep on Wrangling!
